Our Story

Quebec's institution
since 1954.

Dominic "Dic" Potenza and Ann Collecchia opened their first stand at the corner of Cremazie and Papineau. A cart, a grill, one recipe. Seven decades later, we still serve the exact same burger, in 16 locations, to families coming back for three generations.

We were pressing patties this thin long before anyone called it a smash burger. We still make them the way we did in '54. And we're not planning to change.
