Dic Ann's Sauce Since 1954

The sauce that changed everything.

Since 1954, the Dic Ann's famous sauce has been at the heart of every burger. The same original recipe, now available in bottles so you can bring it home.

One recipe. Seventy years.

When Dominic Potenza and Ann Collecchia opened the first Dic Ann's in 1954, they had a clear vision: a simple burger, made right, with a sauce that gives it its personality. That sauce, they worked out in the kitchen with carefully chosen ingredients. And since that day, it hasn't changed.

No reinvention. No "improved" version. No marketing reformulation. The Dic Ann's sauce today is exactly what it was at the corner of Cremazie and Papineau in the 1950s. That's what makes it rare in the food industry: an authentic recipe that stood the test of time because it didn't need to change.

The sauce is what sets the Dic Ann's thin patty burger apart from everything else in Quebec. Customers know it. Many have been asking for years how to bring it home. Now they can.
